ALL SETS ARE **MADE TO ORDER** PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING! PROCESSING TIME WILL BEGIN FROM THE TIME OF PAYMENT.

In your consultation message include the following:
- Nail sizing: visit my page or send me a message for inquiries on how to take a picture of your nails, size your nails at home, or purchase a sizing kit.
-Nail length: short, long, or XL (custom length may come at extra cost)
-Nail shape: square, coffin, or stiletto (custom shape may come at extra cost)
-Theme and expectations: charms, lettering, numbers, characters, bling, etc.,
- Any potential reference pictures and special requests
During our consultation, I will go over my stock and anything that may affect processing time (quantity of order, stock of specific charms, colours, etc.,) to ensure I'm taking proper care and putting together the perfect set for you!
**Price will vary depending on the difficulty, add-ons, shape/length, and time needed for the design. Once the consultation has been responded to and approved, please select the pricing tier that has been confirmed.**
All set are hand-painted with gel polish *unless stated otherwise* and are always reusable when taken off correctly. Please send a message for questions on application and/or removal.
Each set comes with 10 nails and a nail prep kit (instructions, an alcohol wipe, nail glue, a buffer, and a cuticle pusher).
Sizing :
Feel free to send me a message if you are unsure about the size/length. I DO NOT accept cancelations/returns for sizing/length problems. If you're unsure about your measurements it's always best to go up on the size because you can file them down after! I do offer sizing kits for the most accurate result.
Refund/Return/Send Product Back :
I take full responsibility for any production mistake. If I send you the wrong set/size/colour, I will gladly issue you a refund or send you a whole new set for free. Please consider sending a message for possible solutions before adding a negative review!
Again, I DO NOT accept refunds/returns for sizing/length problems, so please ensure you follow sizing instructions, purchase a sizing kit before ordering, order up a size, or choose the listing option for extra nails if that is a worry.
Lastly, please double-check your shipping address, as I cannot change it once I have shipped your package.
